· Led the development and implementation of the 3 key European Product Lifecycle processes [Product Development, Product Revision and Product Retirement], for an Internet company. This work enabled the Products function to plan and manage the further development of the product portfolio into a truly scalable Europe-wide one. 700 people used these business processes across Europe.
· Managed a major Diagnostic & Repair process improvement project, forecast to deliver service reliability and efficiency gains of 40% or £1.6M annually, for a Telecoms operator.
· For a major building society, led a 9-person project team to achieve annual efficiency improvements of over £200k within 4 months, through streamlined processes and radical new initiatives.
· Led an Aerospace company's Divisional Procedures Group to prepare the Division for its first successful ISO 9001 Quality Audit. Rationalising the procedural suite from 4,000 to 1,500 documents and moved from a cumbersome Functional procedural model to a streamlined Process model.
· Reviewed the project management processes and capability of a public sector transport project delivery organisation and recommended a Project Improvement Programme comprising 13 improvement actions.
· Developed IT Portfolio Management processes for a new function within a large Government Department, enabling much better visibility and control of their £2bn annual IT investment.
· Managed a major Diagnostic & Repair process improvement project, with efficiency gains of 40%.
· Managed 2 multi-functional operational improvement teams [20 people], to deliver a 90% stock reduction (£4m) and 80% process cycle time improvement.
